NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract for purchase of services with CONSULTANT for surveying services under 2009 Construction Staking.  The project includes individual surveys located throughout the city for street, storm, sanitary sewer, water main and electrical construction staking.
