WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Pine Hollow Place from the east property line of Lot 12 to the east end (at the west property line of Outlot 4).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2079 $29,169.89 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on November 28, 2006.
