DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: The subject property is developed with a longstanding commercial building that has been used in recent years as the Urban League Office, and is now used as an office. This map correction will provide the property conforming zoning. No development is currently proposed.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00038 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00038. The following described property is hereby omitted from the DR1 (Downtown Residential 1) District and added to the UOR (Urban Office Residential) District:
Original Plat, Block 97, Northeast 1/2 of Northwest 1/2 of Lot 8 and Northwest 1/2 of Lot 9. Said described parcel contains 6,534 square feet (0.15 acres)."
