Preamble

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has issued a "General Permit to Discharge under the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System " to the Madison sewer Utility (WPDES Permit No. WI-0047341-05-0). Current permit expires on 09/30/2018. Effective January 1, 2006, the compliance maintenance requirements of    Ch. NR208, Wisconsin Administrative Code applies to the owners of sanitary sewer collection systems covered by a WPDES permit. A Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) for 2013 shall be completed and submitted by June 30th of 2014.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,  that the Common Council hereby accept and approve the 2013 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) of the City Engineer.
