The Capitol City Band Association has brought free live music to Rennebohm Park and Dane County since 1979. To honor this longstanding tradition of accessible, community-centered performances, a 100% fee waiver is proposed for all Park Event permit and shelter reservation fees in 2026, with up to two one-year renewals pending mutual agreement.
