Body
WHEREAS, on August 7, 2007, the developer, Hilldale Land Company, LLC  A Wisconsin Limited Liability Company By: JFA Management, LLC An Illinois Limited Liability Company of Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter the "Developer" had entered into a  Development Agreement with the City of Madison, and;
 
WHEREAS, the City of Madison and the Developer has mutually agreed to modify the existing Development Agreement to remove work that shall be assumed under another Contract, and;
 
WHEREAS, the Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison for Target at Hilldale Mall, Contract No. 2247 shall be in place prior to the acceptance and release of Contract No. 2137.
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for 702 North Midvale Boulevard (Hilldale Center, Phase 2) PUD, Contract No. 2137,  with Hilldale Land Company, LLC  A Wisconsin Limited Liability Company By: JFA Management, LLC An Illinois Limited Liability Company of Chicago, Illinois.
