Body

Planning and permitting for the Starkweather Plat is underway. As part of the public stormwater infrastructure, the development team is proposing installation of a storm sewer across a portion of the southern end of Starkweather Park to facilitate discharge of site runoff to City Engineering property to the north. This public stormwater infrastructure is necessary to appropriately manage stormwater from the new development. The proposed request would grant access and right of entry to Starkweather, LLC and their contractor for installation of the storm sewer within Starkweather Park. It would also grant access and right of entry to the City of Madison for maintenance of the public storm sewer within Starkweather Park.
