WHEREAS, the Madison Water Utility property located at 4002 Nakoosa Trl. was transferred to Porchlight, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, the proceeds ($224,069.17) were placed in the depreciation fund as required by bond ordinance; and

WHEREAS, the Water Utility Board can authorize the transfer of funds out of the depreciation fund;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Madison Water Utility is authorized to transfer $224,069.17 out of the Water Utility’s depreciation fund into the Water Utility’s cash flow fund (City of Madison Investment Pool).
