Title
Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future phase subdivision contract for Second Addition to The Meadowlands, Private Contract No. 2140. (3rd AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the Developer, Great Neighborhoods East, LLC, has received the City of Madison's approval to create the subdivision known as Second Addition to The Meadowlands, and,
WHEREAS, Section 16.23(a) of the Madison General Ordinances requires that provisions be made for the installation of the public improvements necessary to serve the subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, the developer wishes to execute a future phase subdivision contract which will allow the recording of the plat, and,
WHEREAS, as a condition of approval of future phase development, the developer is required to execute a deed restriction restricting the sale or transfer of all the lots in the plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a future phase subdivision contract for Second Addition to The Meadowlands with Great Neighborhoods East, LLC.
