Resolved, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Old Sauk Row, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000.00 to expire not earlier than August 10, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
