Body

WHEREAS, Churchill Homes, LLC  has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

-Grayhawk Trail from Bellgrove Lane to the north plat.

-Diloretto Avenue from west line of Lot 63 to the east line of Lot 36 (existing street).

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1937 $6,659.28 useful of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year warranty shall have commenced December 22, 2006.
