Body

WHEREAS, the developer, Board of Regents, University of Wisconsin System, has received the City of Madison's conditional approval for the UW Memorial Union- Alumni Park and,

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances requires the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the development.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the public improvements on Langdon Street necessary to UW Memorial Union- Alumni Park are hereby approved.
