Planning Division Staff Update on the Southwest Area Plan (Legistar 88388)

The Planning Division, working with interagency partners, has completed an initial draft of Actions and Maps for the Southwest Area Plan. This plan is the third to be undertaken as part of the new Planning Framework, Southeast Area Plan is a parallel planning process undertaken in addition to this planning effort. Our team has coordinated with the Parks Division (Adam Kanowski and Mike Sturm) on the parks and open space component of the Plan in the Green and Resilient chapter. Staff will provide an informational presentation to the Commissioners to give an update on this planning effort and share initial draft Actions and Maps.
