RESOLVED that Water Main Installation improvements in Prairie Point - Phase 2B, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000 to expire not earlier than September 4, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
