DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This amendment rezones property located at 9025 Mid Town Road from A (Agricultural) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District to allow demolition of a single-family residence to construct a daycare facility.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00218 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00218. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District:
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3,T6N R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, herein described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwestern corner of said section, thence East along the North line of said section, also being the centerline of Mid Town Road, a distance of 235.67 feet, more or less; thence South 01⁰48’25’E a distance of 417.42 feet; thence S 89⁰23’21”W a distance of 257.79 feet; thence N00⁰08’42”E a distance of 417.33 feet to the Point of Beginning, except that part annexed to the City of Madison by Document No. 3120067. Said described parcel contains 2.1 acres of land, more or less.”
