Body

WHEREAS, McShane/KP Marina 137, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on E. Wilson Street adjacent to the Marina Condominiums PUD located at 137 E. Wilson Street.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1949, $32,500.00 useful life of 40 years.
