Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in First Addition to Meadow Ridge, Private Contract No. 1683. 18th Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, SWS, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Meadow Valley Drive - North plat line (existing street) to the south plat line
Pine View Drive - Meadow Valley Drive to Green Avenue
Brown Lane - Pine View Drive to the north plat line (existing street)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said improvements has been completed.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1683 $14,584.19 useful life of 40-years.
