The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
      Subdivision (c) of Subsection (3) entitled "Issuance Of Citations For Violations Of Certain Ordinances And Providing A Schedule Of Cash Deposits" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(c)      In addition to the appropriate cash deposit amount as established above, all citations issued under this ordinance shall further specify and include as part of the deposit any penalty assessment that would be applicable under Sec. 757.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes, any jail assessment that would be applicable under Sec. 302.46(1), Wis. Stats., any crime labs and drug law enforcement assessment that would be applicable under Sec. 165.755, Wis. Stats., any consumer information assessment that would be applicable under Sec. 100.261, Wis. Stats., any domestic abuse assessment that would be applicable under Sec. 973.055(1), Wis. Stats. and court costs of $2328 imposed by Sec. 814.65, Wis. Stats. In the event that the State amends Sec. 814.65, Wis. Stats., to mandate a specific dollar amount for court costs other than $2328, this subsection shall be automatically amended so that the phrase "of $2328" is deleted, and the amount enacted by the State shall take effect upon passage of the State's amendment, without further action by the Common Council."
