Body

WHEREAS, Great Dane Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements adjacent to the PUD located at 420 West Gorham Street.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on October 7, 2004.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1954 $34,679.70 useful life of 40-years.
