PRIVATE CONTRACT, NO CITY FUNDS REQUIRED

Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for Yahara River Apartments PUD, Private Contract No. 1902.

Body

WHEREAS, Yahara River Apartments Limited Partnership, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Northern Court and East Main Street adjacent to the  PUD located at 1459 East Main Street. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on June 2, 2004. 

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1902  $35,667.50 useful life of 40 years.
