RESOLVED, that water main installation improvements in Reston Heights - Phase V, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not earlier than February 1, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
