The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Paragraph 3615. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.06(2)(a)3615. The following described property is hereby omitted from the C3 Highway Commercial District and added to the M1 Limited Manufacturing District:

A parcel of land located in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 31, Town 08 North, Range 10 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of Section 31; thence S89°28’09”E, 1725.99 feet along the south line of the NW ¼ of Section 31; thence N10°21’48”E 434.62 feet to the Point Of Beginning; thence continuing N10°31’48”E, 83.79 feet (recorded as N10°10'37"E, 84.00 feet); thence S88°28'16"E, 312.45 feet (recorded as S88°25'00"E, 312.74 feet); thence S01°28'05"W (recorded as S01°29'54"W), 74.77 feet; thence S01°29'55"W, 48.73 feet; thence S00°39'21"W, 50.01 feet (recorded as South, 50 feet); thence N89°32'54"W, 119.89 feet (recorded as West, 120 feet) to the east line of Everett Street; thence N00°14'29"E, 47.99 feet (recorded as North, 50 feet) along the east line of Everett Street; thence continuing along the east line of Everett Street, N01°17'50"E (recorded as N01°29’00”E), 10.00 feet to the northeast corner of said Everett Street; thence N89°44'19"W (recorded as N89°52'30"W), 66.02 feet along the north line of Everett Street to the northwest corner of said Everett Street and the ea...
