Fiscal Note

The new employment contract provides for the Superintendent's initial annual salary to be based on an annualized amount of $94,914.  Sufficient funding for this position is included within the 2006 Motor Equipment Adopted Operating Budget.  No additional appropriation is required, nor is there any impact upon cost controls.

Body

Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed William Vandenbrook to the position of Fleet Service Superintendent and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and

Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr.Vandenbrook;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Vandenbrook's re-appointment to the position of Fleet Service Superintendent is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr.Vandenbrook.
