Fiscal Note

The contract provides for a salary based on an annualized rate of $113,364, plus benefits, in 2006, with annual salary adjustments during the term of the contract at the Mayor's discretion and Council approval.  The Water Utility 2006 Adopted Operating Budget includes $120,671 in salary, plus benefits, for this position.

Submitting the name of David Denig-Chakroff for confirmation of a five-year term renewal as Water Utility General Manager.

Body

Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed David Denig-Chakroff to the position of Water Utility General Manager and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and

Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Denig-Chakroff;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Denig-Chakroff's re-appointment to the position of Water Utility General Manager is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Denig-Chakroff.
