WHEREAS, a Public Works Emergency per Wisconsin Statute Section 62.15(1b), was declared on June 18, 2008, to repair a broken sanitary force main in the 600 block of North Carroll Street; and,
WHEREAS, the repair has been completed by Capitol Underground, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the emergency is hereby declared to be satisfied and is closed and the work is accepted as completed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the contractor, Capitol Underground Inc. be paid in full.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Public Works Emergency declared on June 18, 2008 is hereby terminated.
