Body

WHEREAS, McAllen Properties, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Anderson Street adjacent to the Complex 1 - McAllen T.E.C. Corridor PUD located at 3551 Anderson Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1841 $147,985.98 useful life of 40 years.
