WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Wyalusing Drive from the south line of Lot 205 (existing street) to the north plat line (Broad Creek Boulevard)
Broad Creek Boulevard (westbound) from the west line of Lot 67 (existing street) to Wyalusing Drive (sidewalk on one-side of street only)
Broad Creek Boulevard (eastbound) from Murley Drive to Wyalusing Drive (sidewalk on one side of street only)
Sidewalk in Outlot 4 running from Board Creek Boulevard to Carlton Drive
Sidewalk in Outlot 8 running from Board Creek Boulevard to Annestown Drive
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1840 $125,482.26 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on May 1, 2004.
