DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance rezones a property located at 5622 Eastpark Boulevard from CC (Commercial Center District) to CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional District) to allow construction of a mixed-use development.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

1.                     Map Amendment 00463 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00463. The following described property is hereby rezoned to the CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District.

 

Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 13916, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 338,182 square feet (7.76 acres) of land
