PREAMBLE
 
Sprecher Road and Old Sauk Road are scheduled for reconstruction in 2008.  City staff will design the proposed improvement.  A field survey is required for the design process.  Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommended the contract be awarded to Burse Surveying and Engineering, Inc.
 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Burse Surveying and Engineering, Inc. for surveying services for Sprecher Road and Old Sauk Road.
