Accepting storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In 510 Genomic Drive - Oakwood Village CSM & Skilled Nursing Facility, Private Contract No. 9064 (District 19)
Body
WHEREAS, Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 510 Genomic Drive - Oakwood Village CSM & Skilled Nursing Facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $56,246.40.
3. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Genomic Drive from Research Park Blvd to 828’ N of Research Park Blvd.
• Genomic Drive Sidewalk from Research Park Blvd to 828’ N of Research Park Blvd.
• Mineral Point Road Sidewalk from Station 203+86.65 to Station 204+20.45.
• Mineral Point Road Sidewalk from Station 204+50.46 to Station 204+69.79.
• Mineral Point Road Bus Pad from Station 204+20.45 to Station 204+50.46.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13762 by $ 26,978.56 for a useful life of 40 years.
