Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Meadow Ridge Phase I, Private Contract No. 1642. 18th Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, SWS, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Meadow Valley Drive - Sauthoff Road to the south line of Lot 2
Brown Lane - Sauthoff Road to the south line of Lot 65
Temporary improvements on Sauthoff Road to facilitate ingress and egress to the plat
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said improvements has been completed.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1642 $18,983.01 useful life of 40 years.
