I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.


COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COMMITTEE

RYAN BROWN (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Resident Member succeeding John Guequierre. Ryan Brown is a software engineer with BrightStar Ventures with experience in the public health and life sciences environments.

ANGELA K. JONES (7th A.D.) - reappoint to a two-year term to the position of Resident Member. First appointed 7-20-2021.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2028

MATT PHAIR (20th A.D.) - reappoint to a two-year term position of Low/Moderate Income Census Tract Representative. First appointed 8-1-2023.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION

OBOFONI J. OKAISABOR (16th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Evan T. Nordgren. Obofoni Okaisabor is trained as a nuclear engineer. He is a volunteer tutor through the Urban League of Greater Madison and participated in leadership training at Adesoye College in Nigeria.

QUINN A. MARGRETT (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Diamond Black. Quinn Margrett is a real estate legal administrative assistant at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren law firm. He served as a student liaison to the Ames (Iowa) City Council and has volunteered with the Center for Creative Justice and the Iowa Association of Area Agencies on Aging.
