Resolved, that water service lateral installation improvements in Heather Glen Replat-Phase I which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility Manager by authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than March 26, 2010 to ensure performance of the one year guaranty period.
