WHEREAS, MB Real Estate, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Stonebridge Drive - Cross Country Road to the north plat line (existing street.
Mammoth Trail - North line Lot 19 (existing street) to Stonebridge Drive.
Frosted Leaf Drive - Mammoth Trail to Stonebridge Drive.
Drumlin Lane - Stonebridge Drive to the east line of Lot 123.
Dewdrop Drive - Frosted Leaf Drive to Stonebridge Drive.
Heather Glen Drive - West plat line (existing street) to Stonebridge Drive.
Country Lane - Stonebridge Drive to the east line of Outlot 9.
Avalon Lane - Stonebridge Drive to the east line of Outlot 6.
Mammoth Circle - Mammoth Trail southwest to the end of the cul-de-sac
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1984, $40,590.00 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced November 15, 2006.
