The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Groups" of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classifications of "Fire Public Information Specialist 1" in Compensation Group 18, Range 08, and "Fire Public Information Specialist 2" in Compensation Group 18, Range 10, thereof.
