Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Title

Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Second Addition to Hawks Creek, Private Contract No. 2138 (1st AD).

Body

WHEREAS, Badger Mill Creek, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Second Addition to Hawks Creek.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Jeffy Trail from the northerly lot line of Lot 77 to the south end.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2138 by $5,400.56 for a useful life of 40 years.
