Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves revised plans, specifications, and assessments for the Mineral Point Road Assessment District - 2026. The total estimated cost of the project is $5,613,122 comprised of $1,182,646 in City costs, $4,417,178 in federal funding, and $13,297 in assessments. The plans and specifications were originally approved via RES-25-00554 (Legistar #90226) on October 28, 2025. Funding for the revised plans and specifications is available in the 2026 Adopted Capital Budget for Engineering - Major Streets in the Mineral Point Rd project (Munis #11131). At this time, no additional appropriation is required.
