Accepting sanitary sewer improvements constructed by Private Contract at 1101 Feather Edge Drive, Hawks Woods Condo, Private Contract No. 7681.
Body
WHEREAS, MREC VH Hawks Woods, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, at 1101 Feather Edge Drive, Hawks Woods Condo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
