Adopting the Midtown Commons Park Master Plan

Midtown Commons Park is set to expand by ~8.2 acres as part of the Hill Valley private development located north of the park. Madison Parks began public engagement in July this year to create a new master plan for the park. This process included two community meetings and two online surveys to gather public input on future park development. Parks staff provided an informational presentation of the draft plan to the Board on November 5th. Parks staff are requesting adoption of the final master plan by the Board on December 10th.
