Fiscal Note
This resolution authorizes a contract for 2016 for the maintenance of the Neighborhood Indicators Project plus three annual renewals of that contract (2017-2019) at a cost not to exceed $51,500 per year. The Planning Division’s 2016 adopted Operating Budget includes $51,500 for this purpose in 2016. Future year funding will be requested in future operating budgets, subject to approval by the Common Council.
This resolution also authorizes a one-time expenditure to comprehensively upgrade the Neighborhood Indicators Project website at a cost not exceed $30,000. Funding is available from the 2016 adopted Operating Budget from the following departments who agreed to share the cost of service distributed as:
· $20,000 from the Planning Division, (Org Code 65114 - Object code 54645)
· $5,000 from the Department of Planning and Community and Economic Development Office of the Director, (Org Code 64100 - Object Code 54645)
· $2,500 from the Racial Equity and Social Justice Initiative, (account # 110020-54810-00000)
· $2,500 from Information Technology, (account # 10030-17-200),
subject to approval by the Common Council.
