Fiscal Note

This resolution provides for two budget-neutral transfers among capital projects.  No appropriation is required.

Title

Amending the Streets Division 2006 Capital Budget to transfer funds from the 2006 Transfer Station Redesign/Reconstr capital project to the Two Street Repair Trucks and the Recycling Cart capital projects.

Body

Whereas the 2006 Transfer Station Remodeling capital project was funded at $2,750,000, and

Whereas the estimated total cost for the 2006 Transfer Station Remodeling capital project has changed from the original estimate, and

Whereas the 2006 Two Street Repair Trucks capital project has exceeded budget by $74,594, and

Whereas the 2005 Recycling Cart capital project has exceeded budget by $29,002.

Therefore, Be It Resolved,  The 2006 Capital Budget be amended to transfer $74,594 from the Transfer Station Remodeling capital project account number CB63-58430-810409 to the 2006 Two Street Repair Trucks capital project account number IM01-58610-815506, and

Be It Further Resolved that $29,002 be transferred from the 2006 Transfer Station Remodeling capital project account number CB63-58430-810409 to the 2005 Recycling Cart capital project account number CE63-58599-810469.
