Title
Accepting a 15-foot wide Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from Mortenson Investment Group across property located at 2705 W Beltline Hwy.
Body
WHEREAS, in accordance with the agreement to the conditions of the excavation permit for development of the West Beltline Design Center, the owners are required to dedicate an additional 10 feet to the exisiting Easement, at no cost to the City of Madison, to create a 15-foot wide Public Sanitary Sewer Easement; and
WHEREAS, the owners, Mortenson Investment Group, have executed and delivered such Public Sanitary Sewer Easement to the City; and
WHEREAS, City of Madison Engineering Division staff have reviewed and recommend the acceptance of the Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Madison is hereby authorized to accept from the Mortenson Investment Group, at no cost to the City of Madison, a 15-foot wide Public Sanitary Sewer Easement across the following described lands:
The East 15.00 feet of Lot 36, first Add to Arbor Heights and the East 15 feet of lands described in Vol. 820 of Deeds, Pg 392, all in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 9 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.
