DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones the property located at 222-232 E. Olin Avenue to TE (Traditional Employment) District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00565 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00565. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TE (Traditional Employment) District.

 

Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 9 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows:

 

Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 25; thence S89° 22’ 50”E, 1,199.47 feet; thence S00° 37’ 10”W, 85.45 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence 393.38 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 5,779.15 feet (the long chord of which bears S38° 17’ 37”E, 393.31 feet); thence S35° 46’ 16”W, 140.76 feet; thence 31.39 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 262.53 feet (the long chord of which bears N51° 51’ 39”E, 31.38 feet); thence N48° 23’ 15”W, 172.89 feet; thence 155.20 feet along the arc of a curve, having a radius of 1,087.56 feet (the long chord of which bears N52° 28’ 28”W, 155.07 feet); thence N30° 43’ 49”E, 225.96 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel contains 63,775 square feet (1.46 acres).”
