This citywide program provides repairs, replacements and new installations of sidewalk and curb & gutter.

The City Engineer plans to award two contracts for the work in 2007 (one for concrete and miscellaneous work, another for sawcutting trip hazards).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter, Citywide Installation and Repair-2007 be and are hereby approved:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for the required public works contracts.
