RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in N. Park Street Redevelopment - 21 & 35 N. Park Street P.U.D., which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than August 7, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
