DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 822 Pulley Drive from SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District to SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District to facilitate division of the property into two lots.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00750 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00750. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District.

 

Lot 69, First Addition to Burke Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 15,098 square feet (0.35 acres), more or less.”
