DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance revises an area of Parking Prohibited At All Times on a portion of Helgesen Drive.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subsection (679) of Section 12.132 entitled "Parking Prohibited At All Times" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:

"(679)      On the north and south side of Helgesen Drive from 75 feet west of Advance Road to a point 1,472 feet west therefrom Daniels Street."

EDITOR'S NOTE:  This regulation has been satisfactorily posted on a trial basis.  These signs have been in place for several years.  Parking Enforcement has requested they be included in the MGOs.
