Body

WHEREAS, Hovde Realty, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Milwaukee Street from the existing street easterly to the east line of the proposed certified survey map.

Wyalusing Drive from the existing street northerly to Milwaukee Street.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1892 $92,000.00 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the 1-year warranty shall have commenced on October 1, 2006.
