Body

WHEREAS, T. Wall Properties, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Junction Road adjacent to the City Center West PUD located at 510-610 Junction Road.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 10, 2005.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1778 $28,963.00 useful life of 40 years.
