Proposed Use: 7 Single Family Lots, 3rd Ald. Dist., 6951 and 7001 Littlemore Drive.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3052. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3052. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the R2T Single-Family Residence District:
Outlot 4, The Meadowlands and Lot 197, Reston Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This property contains 75,137 square feet (1.72 acres)."
